In rare cases where a refund or credit may be considered, it must be approved in writing by an authorized representative of NYOFS. Submitting a payment through this website or any affiliated platforms constitutes acceptance of this policy and legal waiver of any refund-related disputes. It is your responsibility to read and understand all event details prior to making a purchase.
Refund Policy - the basics
All payments made to Not Your Ordinary Fashion Show (NYOFS) are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. This includes but is not limited to ticket purchases, vendor fees, model registration, and any other event-related payments. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling of an event, NYOFS will provide notice as soon as possible and may offer credit toward a future event at our discretion. We are not responsible for missed events due to personal scheduling conflicts, travel delays, or other individual circumstances. All sales are final, and by completing any purchase or registration through our site, you agree to this policy.
